Account and Order Information

An email address is not required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. As a result, account details do not include a required email address. VPNXN processes usernames, data needed to verify passwords, subscription status and data usage to authenticate users, deliver subscriptions and calculate allowances. Please do not include unnecessary personal information in your username.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status and transaction reference, and are used to confirm payment, handle refunds and resolve order disputes. When users submit a support ticket, their issue description, screenshots and replies are also kept as support records. Please conceal passwords, payment credentials and subscription links in screenshots before sharing them.

Logging Policy and Usage Accounting

VPNXN follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, destinations or historical connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Historical connection logs are not part of routine data retention and are not kept as account usage records.

Temporary operational state needed for an active connection is used only to maintain the connection and troubleshoot issues; it is not converted into long-term connection records. Cumulative traffic, reset status and account validity are used to calculate subscription allowances. Unlike browsing records, this data is used to determine subscription benefits, not to build a list of websites visited. The scope of website analytics is described in the next section.

Website Analytics and Local Storage

The marketing website may record page paths, referring pages, browser categories and entry-point clicks to understand how content and user panel links are used. These analytics cover this website only, not external websites accessed through subscription routes. Do not include subscription credentials in marketing page URLs or public links.

Cookies and local storage are used for session identification, login status and language preferences. The user panel stores login credentials locally in the browser so that subsequent requests can verify identity; these credentials should not be shared. After using a shared device, log out and clear site data as needed.

You can delete or restrict cookies and local storage in your browser settings. After clearing them, you may need to log in again or choose your language again. This will not automatically delete your server-side account or orders; deletion of server-side data requires a separate request.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider or transaction network, which handles payment information under its own rules. VPNXN receives payment results and transaction references needed to confirm orders; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.

Before making a payment, review the relevant provider's privacy rules. Records on public transaction networks are outside VPNXN's control, and deleting an account on this website does not remove transaction records from those networks. Account data is not used for third-party promotions unrelated to subscriptions, except where necessary to deliver the service, handle disputes or meet applicable obligations.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain accounts and subscriptions. Order and support ticket records are kept for as long as necessary for reconciliation, after-sales support, dispute handling and applicable obligations. When the purpose has been fulfilled and there is no further basis for retention, relevant data is deleted or de-identified. This policy does not impose a single retention period on records with different requirements.

Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of data through a user panel support ticket, specifying the account and records involved. Account control must be verified before processing. If records must be retained, the purpose and restrictions will be explained. Deleting an account may affect subscription access, so please resolve any outstanding orders first. Policy Updates and Scope

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the beginning will be revised. Important changes to data collection, processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Any matter requiring separate confirmation will be explained before the relevant action.
